3. You shall not engage in any behavior that infringes the intellectual property rights of “Classic Fish” or its software element works, or conduct other behaviors that are detrimental to the legitimate rights and interests of Relax Technology or other players, including but not limited to:

(1) Conduct any behavior that undermines the fairness of the game or affects the normal order of the game, such as actively or passively brushing coins, guiding coins, cheating in partnership, using game plug-ins or other cheating software, and exploiting game loopholes to obtain improper and illegal benefits , or use the Internet or other means to make game plug-ins, cheating software, and game loopholes public;

(2) Conduct any commercial activities such as publishing advertisements and selling commodities; or conduct any illegal acts that infringe on the interests of Relax Technology, such as reselling accounts, game currency, game props, plug-ins, etc.; illegally engage in gambling;

(3) Publishing, reposting, disseminating content that contains abusive, cursing, slandering, attacking, slandering Relax Technology and third parties, or contains feudal superstition, obscene, pornographic, indecent, terror, violence, murder, gambling, reactionary, and incitement to the nation Illegal remarks with disgusting and disgusting content such as hatred, endangering the reunification of the motherland, and subversion of state power, or setting up avatars, screen names, and game character names that contain the above content;

4. Relax Technology has the right to take technical and legal measures to prevent you from engaging in the behavior related to Article 3. If you violate the agreement to engage in the behavior of Article 3, Relax Technology has the right to give you the following punitive measures according to the seriousness of the circumstances:

(1) Temporary suspension, that is, to temporarily suspend your game account, so that it cannot log in to Classic Fish Games within the suspension period;

(2) Deleting stolen goods, that is, permanently and irrevocably deleting game items such as game coins, game props, etc. that you illegally obtained, or returning them to other users who obtained the right to use them through legal channels;

(3) Clearing, that is, permanently and irrevocably canceling or clearing your illegally obtained grades, honors, achievements, etc.

(4) Delete advertisements, illegal speeches, false and bad information, that is, permanently and irrevocably delete the advertisements, false information or illegal speeches you publish, or take other measures to prevent their dissemination;

(5) Clear the data, permanently and irrevocably delete a game character under the game account you are currently using and all game coins, game props, levels, honors and other information attached to the game character and the corresponding games data;

5. If you violate the agreement to engage in the behavior of Article 3, the relevant state organs or institutions may file lawsuits, fines or other sanctions against you, and require Relax Technology to provide assistance. If any third party damages caused by your actions, you shall be solely responsible; if Relax Technology suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate.

6. Relax Technology provides you with ways to obtain game items such as game currency, game props, game equipment, etc., such as "recharge". You can obtain the above game items from these channels provided by Relax Technology. Please do not buy or accept them. Obtain the above-mentioned game items from a third party by gift or other means, especially the website of an electronic network trading platform opened by a third party. Because the above-mentioned game items obtained from third parties may be stolen by account thieves or have other rights flaws, victims may claim back through various means. then your own losses shall be borne by you.

7. For example, Relax Technology will release some software test versions for user experience, testing and feedback before or after the official release of the upgraded version (also known as "public beta"). Relax Technology will delete this version of the server software from the server when it believes that it has completed its mission, or replace it with a new software version. Once deleted or replaced:

(1) You will no longer be able to log in and use this version;

(2) The game data generated during your experience and testing will be permanently deleted;

9. You undertake to abide by the requirements and procedures of Relax Technology in handling such matters, and provide corresponding materials to prove your claims. If you fail to provide sufficient materials to prove the validity of your claim, you shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to you.

10. You agree to use the data recorded in the Relax Technology system as the judgment standard for handling disputes between you and other users or between you and Relax Technology.

11. Due to the upgrade of the IOS7 system, the tourist account may be abnormal. It is recommended that the tourist user bind the mobile phone number to ensure the security of the account. 12.
